Solved Dell Chromebook not charging past percent it was plugged in on

I have a Dell Chromebook from my high school, it stopped charging past 10% so I took it to the school tech department and they replaced the battery. That night it still wouldn't charge past the percent it was on when I plugged it in but the battery was going down, so I turned it off and let it charge over night at 46%, in the morning it was at 44%. I took it back to the school and they changed the charger port and now I'm trying to charge it at 14% and it's not charging past 14%. Keep in mind the charge symbol is showing saying that it is charging, please help, I need this for school.

Hi welcome to the forum

the charging curcuit could be faulty. my advice is to bring it back to the tech department and have them look at it. they should be testing it before they give it back to you.
