Dell Latitude D620 up&left keys not working

I'm new to the forums.. but Recently my up and left keys will not work for some reason, I don't know why (no water damage or anything). But What really concerns me is that the up key is also my brightness up key. I turned my brightness all the way down on accident, now is there any way I could bring it back up?

Any help is much appreciated.

If the keys are simply not functional anymore, then I suggest you talk to Dell for support, and possible RMA if you are still under Warrantee. Maybe a Sensor problem.
