So, this is a computer of a client. First time it crashed was around one month ago when he was browsing web and clicked a link. Second to the client the computer has crashed once in a while when he tries to START one of his three installed browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox). Note that this is what the client said to me; I actually didn't see it crash ANY time even when I stayed in his office this morning and he tried to reproduce the problem to me.
I managed to pick two dump files. The more recent one refers to NETIO.SYS that makes me to suppose that the problem may be a wireless outdated driver. I am puzzled with the previous one though that refers to aswMonFlt.sys and I have no idea what could be causing the issue.
Anyway, I am sending attached the .zip file I gathered with the "dm log collector".
Any input appreciated!
