Solved Desktop Background disappeared after changing the pc performance

After changing the performance to play my game I changed it back and the background disappeared. It Comes back when I force shut Explorer.exe and gone again after i restart explorer.exe

Run SFC -SCANNOW Command to examine the system files for corruption.

Just found the solution I ticked a box saying remove background where available.
