desktop background problem

Hi all!!
Well....as the title says I have a little problem with my desktop background. A few days ago I changed my background image and when I RR the computer the image was gone and the solid black colour was set to be my background. So I changed to a different image, but the same thing happened. Each time I RR the computer I have to set again the desktop background I don't know why...:S

Does anyone knows why this happens??Did I delete somehting?virus?

If there is any system file corruption, http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html will fix them automatically .

Try this fix for either 7 or Vista
System Files - SFC Command - Vista Forums
If errors are found, run several times.

If that does not work try a system restore from before the problem
