Desktop Icons Loads slow on startup.

After every reboot my desktop icons loads a little bit slow. (6 shortcut icons)
I have already disabled all startup program and almost all services except Microsoft ones offcourse, but the icons switches to blank icon and then back to the desired icons after 1-2 seconds after windows startup. The system boots in 15 seconds and it runs perfect except this desktop icons problem. I`m perfectly convinced that this problem occurred few weeks after a fresh install. I only have some few programs installed and about 5-6 games.
I have also tried iconcache rebuild. Someone here also recommended MSE uninstall . I only tried MSE startup disable.
Any answer please?!

Mobo Asus Saberthooth X79
i7-3930K 3.2GHz
32GB RAM
1xSSD 120 Intel 330 - (Windows 7 Professional x64)
4x2TB WD Black
750W Corsair PSU
GeForce GTX 560 Ti

Nice configuration there. Did you try updating your SSD firmware?

I would check your firmware for the SSD first off. Then make sure you have the proper Windows drivers for Disks. I had an issue awhile back with not having the right Disk Drivers installed (listed as SATA).
