Windows 7 very slow, unresponsive and hangs

- SP2 is just a M$ update pack up through April 2016. Instead of running WU after the Clean install (it will find more than 200 updates) you can install the SP2. There will more updates (Released after April 2016).
- Simplix is also an update pack but UpdatePack7R2-19.3.15 has all updates up to March 15, 2019.

To remove telemetry
Attached is a cmd file to uninstall those KB files.
KB_Spy.cmd.txt

Rename it as KB_Spy.cmd and run it.

Its already in .txt file, I tried changing its name through the rename option but whenever I end it with .cmd it saves again in .txt. What should I do?

rename lets you rename the filename but not the filetype if explorer is set to not show filenames, which is the default. You will have better luck if you open the file within notepad and then doing a "save as", being sure to change the "save as type" dropdown option to "all files". Otherwise notepad will save it as a txt file too. Here's a pic of the dropdown

Does your Explorer hides the extension for known types? It's a good way to involuntary install a malware.
Open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Folder Options - View tab and un select Hide extensions for known types.
Download the file. Open your download folder. Right click on it and select rename. Remove the .txt so it will be KB_Spy.cmd
Run KB_Spy.cmd to uninstall the telemetry.

Retail motherboard with an OEM key, which has been detected by MS, even with the exploit you have.
Thats why windows updates is using all your resources
Time to buy a genuine key

Windows has always been and will keep being a headache, try booting linux from USB, and compare working on it, maybe your pc is not for windows 7, linux always runs good on any machine. Why I am using windows now? I use adobe software and quarkxpress, so I need windows, but for sure will change to linux when learn using the gimp inkscape and scribus.
