Desktop partialy freezing at boot, not all the time

So my windows is partialy freezing at bootup, i can click things but not start anything even trying to shutdown the pc with the power button is out of the question unless i hold it in for a few seconds.

Have not waited to see if the pc starts respond after awhile but these are the error messages i get in the logs from the system log.

Unfortunately my system is Swedish so the messages are in Swedish but i'll try to copy the important bits.

IIS-APPHOSTSVC Event ID 9010 The Application Host Helper encountered an error while trying to access the root of the history directory 'C:\inetpub\history'.

Service Control Manager Event ID 7011 A timeout (30000 ms) occurred while waiting for transaction response from the service LanmanServer.

Think this last one is where it's happend most of the time.

In the program log i found this too.

WMI Event ID 10
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Then there's a warning i've seen for a while but not thought much off in system log.

e1cexpress Event ID 27 No information with this one.


No viruses or malware on the pc.
