"dial up" popups and I have cable modem

I am continuinually getting a popup asking me if I wish to connect with a dialup connection, and I utilize a cable modem. How do I get rid of this annoying popup ?

When you go under tools in Internet Explorer. Make sure you have Never dial a connection checked.

Did what you suggested. Hope it works...Thank You very much. It did have the "try dialup whenever other connection does not work" or words to that effect. Again...Thank You
