Did a fresh install of 7 on my Sony Vaio - drivers?

After doing a fresh install of Windows 7 Enterprise on my Sony Vaio things are going well. I visited the Sony Vaio esupport site and it has recommended all sorts of drivers for my particular laptop. 2 questions...

1. What is the equivalent of Windows 7 Enterprise for driver purposes? 7 Ultimate or 7 Professional?

2. Do I really need the Vaio drivers if nothing appears to be wrong?

You'll need to follow this to install a video driver. I don't know about anything else.

1. There is no difference in drivers between Enterprise, Ultimate and Pro. Nevertheless, the equivalent of Enterprise is Ultimate. I hope you knew what you did when choosing Enterprise and won't run into trouble when activating.

Answer to question #2. No. but if and when the manufacturer releases windows seven driver support for their hardware I would recommend you use their drivers. Fabe.
