Did Microsoft finally get IE11 working right

I just downloaded and installed IE11 with my patch Tuesday updates and it seems to be working better than what IE10 was, it took them 7 months to get it right as it only took about 4 months to get IE10 working right

Hi,
ie10 worked from day one for me,
ie11 on the other hand started with really bad dpi and page zoom issues with my mouse anyway,
That issue has improved but not enough for me,
plus I just can not get used to developer tools in ie11 ?
Otherwise allot of people use ie11,
I haven't seen the updates as of yet,

Kind of funny,
After loading the updates for ie10 and restarting...
Open ie10,
A new tab opened with a privacy statement for ie9
Nice start I'd say,
I clear cache on exit so all I did was close ie10 let it delete...
Reopened and all is well so far ?
