Didn't add new hardware yet BSOD 0x000000000F4

WebKit the name of the Mac OS X system framework version of the engine that's used by Safari, Dashboard, Mail, and many other OS X applications. I've never use Safari, but have used some other Apple products for Windows and it has always caused me problems. I know a lot of people like it and use it, but I try to stay away from anything Apple on a Windows computer. They rarely get along very well.
WinSCP FTP client is a SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD) program and a known BSOD software, as is Dameon tools and Alcohol 120.
This is good information to know. However, they weren't in use during most of the BSODs. I reported what was on the dialog box because, for only one time, that appeared on the screen and i was hoping there might be some information during that one time revelation. Doubtful, but better to offer more rather than less information.

I have 32GB of RAM. That's more than enough for just about anything. But the problem is as follows. The stats below start off well. Cached begins at a very low number and Free is huge. Suddenly I find myself with the following:

Physical Memory (MB)

Total 32657
Cached 22941
Available 22902
Free 2

This is where I end up after a few hours and then the PC will stall. It will stutter... hold steady in a frozen state for a bit.... then move forward.
