Yup I understand. But then it comes with allot of bloatware.

This may sound a bit stupid, but is there any way of creating a system repair disc on another computer, then using that disc to repair the laptop?
Also, I noticed My CPU clock speed runs at 798MHZ. I think this is a hardware problem.

First, enter into your BIOS settings. The key is listed on your motherboard splash screen, you see on the power on the computer.

Then, Advanced Chipset Features > CPU Multiplier > Restore Default settings.

Accept and escape from BIOS settings.
