DirecX installation internal system error GTA V

Hi! I recently bought and installed GTA V on my laptop, but i had trouble installing DirectX from the disc, although i already have DirectX(11) installed on my computer.Anyways, I tried to install it manually from the Redistributables folder, but from about a quarter of installation process i got a pop-up message stating: "An internal system error occurred.Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem". I tried turning off the antivirus and Windows Firewall but it did not work. Please reply with any suggestion that may fix this problem.

Windows update and the game ready driver for gta v will install it. Make sure you have the newest nvidia driver for gta v.
