So what do you people think of this game, those who have played it.

I finished it, I can't say I love it, it was "iffy" to say at best. Not a great game.

The whole process of "kill with skill" didn't really turn out to be as awesome as it sounded for me.

Saw it at my friend house, the actual gameplay (normal mode) did not impress me in the least to be honest, nice to awesome graphics, he's rig is similar to mine and everything was set to High (default settings) except shadows (set to low, don't know why).

Way to many action scenes during gameplay (nice ones, don't get me wrong but I rather have more gameplay for myself than actions scenes to tell me what's going on or what's going to happen next), no sense of where you had to go unless your teammates walk in front of you, spray the baddies nilly willy (even with full auto aim and auto lock) with a full clip (no toggle on the aim option it seems) they won't die but get close to them (while they spray you and bullets miraculously pass you buy w/o a scratch) kick them and watch them die in a slowmo (cool feature but I'm guessing it will get old very fast).

Hated the fact that they have to tell you when to kick, when to fire, when to jump, etc, etc, etc. I only watched him play for about 1 hour so I am basing my comments on the allotted time.

In a nutshell, the game was made with teens in mind even though it is rated for Mature audiences. No comments on Multiplayer since I won't or do it.

It.. is... EPIC! As I already mentioned in another thread, it is basically the only game apart from Postal 2 where I can go on an all-out-psychopathic-serial-killer spree and laugh devilishly as enemies die in the most amazingly funny ways. The game is very challenging, though, some moves are extremely hard to pull off, but not impossible. every new skill unlocked feels like an actual fulfilling achievement, especially if you put enough time to learn how the weapon works. The amount of weapons is carefully divided throughout the course of gameplay, so I never got bored; not for a second. In addition, the game is neither too long nor too short; completing it felt so amazing I actually watched through the credits (those who know me also know this is very rare, lol). The storyline isn't all that original, but the amount of witty/perverted/awkward humor (just to my liking) makes it more enjoyable. I found the music suitably badass though it sounds much better when playing it outside the game.
The game has its glitches and bugs like any other, but nothing that gets in the way of the gameplay (at least for me). Graphically it's quite good, even with my rig I could kick everything to high (except antialias) and play without problems.

Challenge is the biggest aspect of Bulletstorm, and I don't think that everyone can pull it off easily; that's the whole point if you ask me.

For me its a brilliant "blast away for an hour" game... Not sure about all the cut scenes,, there are plenty of them but they dont do a lot for the actual game IMO.. I couldn't be bothered to play it through more than once, (on normal) but if I fancy a damned good blast away for a while its the perfect choice!

True, the game is clearly made to be a very popular MP enjoyment. I didn't really find the cutscenes annoying, apart from the fact that some of them looked terrible: black backgrounds, huge pixelated environments etc.
I guess it's either bad compression or just my rig lacking the performance for those clips that are made with the in-game engine.

Well, for some the action seems satisfying, but for me, that is not all that there should be for a game.

The graphics were glitchy for me.
