What driver do you have installed for GPU? Open Device Manager, expand Display Adapter, right click on your GPU and click Properties then click the Driver tab. The latest driver package (14.4) is linked below.

Download

Use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot and install the 14.4 driver.

If you already have 14.4 installed it may be worth performing these steps to get a clean install, failing that you may have to look at installing an earlier version.

Try the Directx diagnostic tool and see if if identifies any problems,
Left click on the Start button,in the search box type in DXDIAG then hit ENTER. On the SYSTEM page, left side near the bottom make sure the check box for WHQL signatures is CHECKED.Wait until the tool has verified the signatures [ green bar stops moving].Make sure all displayed info is correct, then move to next page,DISPLAY.Check the Driver listing and IN PARTICULAR,the WHQL is logo'd as YES.Then check all Directx features are enabled. The Notes pane will either show "no problems" or list any found.Go through all the other pages in a similar fashion.
It is preferable to only stay with WHQL drivers, your only guarantee of stability.

Your system indicates a 64 bit one,yet you appear to have run the 32 bit DXDIAG.After running the 64 bit one, could you go through the steps,in sequence, found in the HELP section,[button next to the 64 bit selector]

Assuming the HELP section did not provide any solutions then the next step is to find out why the overheating.Remove the case cover and carefully clean all fan blades, intake and exhaust openings NOTE switch off at wall point first. If you don't have access to compressed air,a bicycle pump can be used, avoid touching components.Remove the graphic card and clean it,use a clean pencil eraser to clean all contact points. If the card has a coolng fan,the check the intake and exhaust louvres for dust build-up and also the fan itself.Make sure the fan can spin freely.Carefully inspect the card for ANY signs of discolouration and/or distortion,if any found then bye bye card.

Could be possible hardware failure.

Benchmark (with certified software)(MSI Afterburner, KOMBUSTOR) it and see if it will crash then. if it doesn't, it's just bad game compatibility. if it does, consider contacting AMD and using your manuf warranty
