Display in WIndows 7 Big and Distorted

I recently purchased HP Laptop 7190se with windows 7 installed. The Images are not clear and distorted. How should I make the setting to correct the issue.

If you go to BIOS (F1 when starting) what does it say under display options?
Is the BIOS set to Integrated Graphics or Switchable Graphics?
