Hey guys, hope everybody is doing fine
Firstly, my specs:
So, this problem started recently with my PC. Sometimes when browsing or just going through folders or even typing in Word my system just freezes, I can't move the mouse, bring up task manager or anything, basically it just hangs. And within 2 seconds, my computer reboots. This started happening about a month ago(no, I didn't install any new software or anything then). At the first couple times, it happened with 1 weeks apart. I didn't give it that much thought. But for the past week, it happens almost everyday. And in addition to all that, my computer sometimes doesn't even reboot. The blue light in my CPU just stays there, no blinking, nothing. I have to turn the power off & at least wait for 15 mins and then turn on the PC. When I turn on the PC, the first couple of times it showed "Windows has Recovered from..." in my desktop. But now it doesn't even show that. All I get is "start windows normally, safe mode" black screen when starting each time.
Now, is this a problem with the motherboard or something else? Note that, this random reboot doesn't occur when I'm playing games or watching movies(not on my Windows Drive, I keep my windows drive with softwares only). It only happens when I'm out browsing or just randomly doing anything in the desktop.
Thank you for reading. I'm eagerly & gratefully waiting for your thoughts on this annoying problem.
Have a nice day
