Currently installed Norton, Malwarebytes premium, and Tuneup 360. How much overlap? Should I drop Tuneup 360?

In My opinion, Norton is garbage, Malwarebytes yes, keep it, get the Pro version if possible.

What is Tuneup 360 ? Sounds like garbage and not needed for windows 7.

MSE and MBAM are all you need.

You do not need any tuneup programs for windows 7.

The only other program I and a lot here recommend is Ccleaner.

As Brian said, Tune-up 350 is more damage than help. Malwarebytes is somewhat useful as a scanner. Norton does not protect you. It is only good for their pocket book.

There is really no way to protect you 100%. If you do your internet work with a Linux distro, your chances of avoiding malware are much greater.
