also anything in there that has better alternatives, such as Quicktime. I've heard there were a lot of issues with QT

If you get rid of Quicktime you'll have to reinstall iTunes - don't think it'll work without it. You can lose Bonjour though.

You could (I would) get rid of Nero which is pretty big and use a free burner such as Imgburn

You definitely don't need any of those 14 Nero programs. Windows has built in CD and DVD burning software, which are better than Nero in my opinion. Imgburn will take care of any ISO burning needs.
