The page has changed a couple times since it was originally published earlier today. I wish I had taken screenshots...... for posterity.
I wonder if this is MS making good (in a reduced way) on the original promise (that was rescinded, then re-promised, then not much heard-about) that beta testers would get a copy of Windows 7.
