Hi!
We have W7 Enterprise campus editions at our school. But unfortunately I have too lately realized that the join domain option (and also Network ID) is greyed out.
As far as I know, Enterprise edition is able to join domains.
I have already installed machines, so, now I don't know how to continue... And why is that.

Helps thanks in advance (except suggestions to reinstall a Pro version or something similar...)

Edit:
Netlogon service not running. If I start it, after a while stops, saying 'the netlogon service on local computer started and then stopped etc.'
?

How were the operating systems deployed? Are there any local group policy settings enforced since these will override an Administrators ability to manage the machine?
