I don't see the donate button in Firefox with any of the forum skins.
With Opera and the 'SF Black wide' skin I see the button, but no button
with the other skins.

So the Paypal link doesn't work for me in Opera even with javascript enabled.
and I can't find the donate button in Firefox at all. Anyway, I got the link from
Opera and pasted it in Firefox.

Success!

There is no donate button that I can find under IE8 or Firefox under any style setting.
