Don't know why Graphics is too low?

I have installed 8GB RAM, 2 TM HDD, AMD 3850 CPU, MSI 75 motherboard, but still I'm getting very low quality video, even the good quality videos which i used to play in my previous computer and same monitor, it was played well.
But now it's too low?
Why is it so?

Yes, you mention everything but a video card. Are we to assume you are coming off the motherboard ?
