Dreamscene in 7127

Any consensus on how to get DreamScene running in Windows 7? The usual assortment of 'hacks' isn't what I mean, a little regedit perhaps? Codec install..?

It's the only remnant of Vista I'd like to see in W7.

i've use the above mentioned. it works for the most part, seems like there is some bug that wont let change the ds in theme manager. maybe its just me?

just read the bottom of the first post....

However, the folder is less useful as Windows 7 does not support direct viewing of video or animated media in Personalization Control Panel.

The "Play Dremescene" is greyed out on my right click context menu. I put some scenes (wmv and mpeg) in the \Window Dreamscenes dir. How do you view them? Install went fine.

Nvm. Figured it out. Click on a file and set as desktop background.
