Drive mapping issue

Hi,

I am having a strange issue mapping a drive. I disconnected a mapped drive called \\lei1data1\data and tried mapping a new drive called \\lei1data2\data but it will not map the drive, I receive an error. Everyone else who tries to map the drive gets connected without an issue. If anyone has any thoughts/suggestions, they are greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

Is lei1data2 the Computer Name? You may try the IP Address instead of the Computer Name e.g. \\192.168.0.15\data
