Driver issue for Samsung Tablet 3 on Windows 7 PC

I have two samsung Tab 3 SM310 4.4.2 .... one is ok and one has a firmware issue that I am trying to see if I can sort out. I have tried Kies, Smartswitch and Odin3. Odin3 seems to pick it up but comes up as Fail but Kies and Smartswitch do not pick it up. Smartswitch does pick up the tablet that is working and my samsung phone but Kies does not so I am assuming Kies is not suitable for any of the models.
I have taken snippits and photos to show you what I am seeing and hopefully you can tell me whether the tablet is dead or can be saved in someway. Thankyou

it shows this but seems to be missing andriod driver that my other tablet shows when I connnect that.

Hello angiesluck- How does this relate to Windows 7? Perhaps more information would help.

I trying to sort it via my 'Windows Seven Computer', so not sure if there is something that I am missing on my 'Windows Seven Computer' in order to try and sort it out.
