I recently formatted the drive vista was installed in. And then reinstalled vista. However on the dual boot menu at startup it still lists the vista that is not installed anymore. How do I get rid of it?

Hello Gilbert...

Keep in mind that this is a Windows 7 forum. You may post your Vista questions in the sister forum: Vista Forums

Solution for you:

Download EasyBCD and install it.

Open it , and go to add/remove entries...Select your old Vista entry and press delete, save.

You're done.

Download EasyBCD 1.7.2 - NeoSmart Technologies
