dual dvi or not - help!

Hi all.

I purchased the following card: EVGA GeForce 9400 GT Video Card - 1GB DDR2, PCI (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, VGA, Low Profile

It says dual dvi, but in fact was only one dvi and one vga. I have to purchase PCI and not PCI-E for my work pc - ugh.

So...

Does anyone know of a good performance PCI video card with two DVI connections?

Dual link has nothing to do with the number of connectors, but the type of connector,

Digital Visual Interface - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The connector also includes provision for a second data link for high resolution displays, though many devices do not implement this. In those that do, the connector is sometimes referred to as DVI-DL (dual link).

As for needing two DVI connections, the card should have come with a VGA-DVI adapter.

An option to dual (or triple) monitors is Matrox's DualHead2Go adapter. The advantage is you do not have to buy an expensive video card and you can move the adapter to whatever new computer you decide to use.

True on the dual link, but the "dual dvi" had me fooled.

Thanks to all. My monitors accept dvi/vga. I think I'm going to use vga on the 2nd monitor. So far no problems, and it's much better than the Nvidia Quadro 3300/4400.

Well it is dual DVI in a sense if you use the included adapter. That or just badly written description on Tiger Directs part. Know TD, I'd opt for that explanation.
