I recently switched to a dual monitor set up using my LapTop/Docking Station and 2 Monitors. (I added a second monitor to my Docking Station and closed the Laptop Screen.)
I previously used a Monitor and my Laptop Screen. (The Monitor was set as Primary, and the Laptop screen as Secondary. The Monitor was set to the Sub-D on the Docking Station.)
When I had the Monitor/Laptop setup -all open applications and desktop icons stayed in place. With the two monitor set up, the applications open on my Secondary Monitor move to the Primary after Waking Up, and the Desktop icons on my Primary shift around. (I have to drag everything back...)
This is annoying, please assist...
Dell Laptop (Latitiude, 32OS Intel Core i5 2540M CPU)
Viewsonic VX2240w (Primary Monitor) VDI
Dell E1911 (Secondary Monitor) Sub-D
Thanks for the Support
