Dual Monitor Troubles( does not extend)

I have a strange problem
i am using windows 7 HP x64 and a few days ago my dual monitors were working perfectly
i was able to extend my desktop across the two... then out of the blue the extend option stopped working. i can duplicate and projector only and the second monitor works but when i extend the desktop the second monitor just goes blank and the power led goes orange....

I see you're using the motherboard's integrated GPU in your system specs.
Is it possible that you downloaded a driver update from windows?

I did but i un-installed it and re-installed the original driver from dell... and besides that i have used the extend option before with the updated driver... ill try to un-install the driver again and disable driver updates from windows....
