dui70.dll can't logon

When i boot my windows 7 home x64 it shows me an error, saying, that it can't logon and the error is in the dui70.dll.
How can this be fixed?


When i try to perform a login:
"C:\Windows\system32\DUI70.dll is either not design to run on Windows or it containes an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support"
