EBay site has dark blue background instead of white

Hi,

My new laptop came set up from the seller. One thing I notice is that when I'm on the EBay site all the pages have a but-ugly dark blue background instead of the white background I see on our XP machine. is there a setting on Windows 7 that can be used to rectify this problem. So far the EBay site is the only one I've found that has been affected this way. Thanks in advance.

If you're using internet explorer, go into settings, and then the advanced tab, and choose to reset all defaults... it's way down the tab near the bottom from memory. It ought to fix the issue.

Thanks Qdos but I'm using Firefox. Is there a similar setting I can use there?

There must be, but I'm not sure where... I use Opera

In the addressbar type about:config and go to browser.display.background_color; and double click on it and change it, #ffffff is white

Doesn't sound like a FireFox problem as it only affects Ebay. I'd think it's a setting in your Ebay profile (if there is such a thing).
