"EBIPOS is compressed, press ctrl+alt+del to restart" - Startup Error

When I searched this, Google came up with zero results. I have no idea what "EBIPO" is, and neither does the internet, apparently.

Two days ago, I was in the process of verifying Windows 7 (because I got the "windows 7 is not genuine" message) and then when I restarted as I was asked, that message came up and I haven't been able to get into the computer since.

I have tried booting directly from a Windows 7 disk, and the computer skips past it and returns to the message. I've tried putting a recovery .iso on a flashdrive and booting from that, and still, nothing. It will not boot from anything whatsoever, no matter what I put first, disable, enable, etc in the setup thing.

I have no idea what to do at this point, because I can't get into the computer for the life of me, and I can't lose the files I have on there. Not again. This computer was a gift from my grandparents, and not even three months later, I've somehow effed it up.

Please, if you could offer any advice or solutions to this, it'd be greatly appreciated. If there's any buttons I can press to manually start from the CD or flashdrive, that'd be helpful, too, considering it refuses to follow the boot sequence I've set up (CD/DVD > USB Flashdrive > Internal HDD... I previously only had CD/DVD on, and then I switched it to USB Flashdrive, and later Internal HDD, and neither one works).

EDIT: I forgot to mention. Pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL as it tells me to, does nothing but restart and bring me right back to the same message, over and over again.

Welcome to Seven forums.

Can you please post a screenshot or picture of the error message showing on the system. It could be an issue with the motherboard on the system.

You should try CMOS reset on system and check if it helps:
