Hi all,
Running Firefox on Win7x64 has now produced a new annoyance. Edgesuite.net is blocking the online shopping item searches at the Lowe's and Home Depot stores with the message:
[h=1]Access Denied[/h]You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/Search=refrigerator" on this server.Reference #18.240ed217.1773179005.5c6a9690 An error has occurred.

(Note the changeover to http: from https:)

Other stores and websites are not affected.
The only notices appearing on the internet is clearing of cookies and stuff which doesn't help. Another suggestion is to turn off the router for a while, and restart it hoping for a solution. No help. The possibility of a surreptitious Firefox shopping extension such as Capital One was mentioned, but I can't find any in the settings.

Google Chrome works on Win7. Running Firefox on Win10 works.
But I am so used to Firefox on Win 7 that I don't want to change.
Anyone else with this problem?
Joe.

Yes, others have this problem too. And no, it's not just this site, there are a few others that have the same issue.

See this thread, and in particular post #3

Cannot do a product search on the CVS site
