ISO image won't stop getting umounted in the middle automatically!

hello guys!
I'm facing this problem that I'm not being able to install/copy files from an ISO image.
I have tried almost every program that I could find on net like demon tools lite, alchoal 120%, power ISO, magic iso, clone disk and alomst every soft of this area but whenever I mount that Image and start copying files from there it fails in the middle stating "disk is not ready" and naturally the copying process is aborted. and when I go check there that ISO image is automatically unmounted from the virtual driver.
P.S: that ISO image was burned by my cousin and it actually holds some video files of a marriage ceremony. it worked completly fine with other pcs (having same OS). only it's mine one which is being this weird. and for some reasons I can't even re-install my window 7. and it's not the only ISO image having problem but some others as well are getting me to the same error ending up in the middle with the same error and getting dismounted automatically. everything else in this OS is working perfectly fine. so please is there any soultion I can copy files from that ISO file? thanks in advace

Hmmmmmmmm......... Have you tried Imgburn? Always worked for me. It sounds like its probably something else though and not the burning software. Have you ran all the usual scans? Malware etc.? Drivers all up to date? Have you tried running an system file check to make sure everything is working properly from windows point of view? thanks for you reply. But I gave a try to the tool you mentioned above but it turned up to be a simply "IMAGE BURNER" and it has no such option with the help of I could open an ISO image file and copy files from there to my hdd. I simply want to copy some mp4 files that are burned in An ISO file which aborts in the middle of copying process. I'm pretty sure that there is this one glitch in my win 7 so it's preventing virtual drivers to get me files copied from all of those ISO images. but I've no clue how to figure it out, the very reason I've seen this headache for me and you all.
the link you posted above is dead probably getting no result but I'm confident everything else is just fine here, no spam, viruses or anything could possibly exist as I haven't operated my pc ever without Avast guarding tirelessly!

I've noticed that the ISO image gets open properly and doesn't get automatically unmounted unless I try to Open/copy some certain files from there. it's like half of the files are getting copied/opened with no problem but when it comes to the rest of file. it gets unmounted all in a sudden aborting the copying process and states that "drive not ready" error.
however, it's another fact that there's nothing wrong with that subjected ISO image as I tried to run some other ISO images that contain games and soft etc but their installation also comes to a halt in the middle with the same error and virtual driver empty having no image mounted at all.

. I have tried almost all the tools ever made for this purpose and I have come to the point where even a person having zero brain cells would have figured out that if there is anything wrong then it's is with this window and not with any virtual disk utility
