my emachines hit the floor then started hanging after startup.some of the errors av gotten are;explorer.EXE procedure call failed,error 0x8007046D,unable to start correctly 0xc0000142 and also it wont allow me install bigger programs like office 2010....it freezes when i try this,even after formating,pliz help

Windows 7 ultimate 32bit.
When you say hit the floor, you mean you dropped it? If so then something may have come loose like memory or the hard drive or there may be other damage to the system board or components.

Remove the access panels from the bottom of the laptop and check memory, hard drive and anything else you can access from there. If nothing helps then you need to take it to a reputable computer repair shop.

Try opening up the computer and see if anything is loose and tighten it back up.
