eMachines E727 laptop Stuck on "Setup is starting services".

Hi,
My computer is stuck on "Setup is starting services" during a recovery and has been like that for a day now. I tried to restore days ago and I turned it off during this same screen and it came up with an Install Windows error "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation", but I fixed it by diabling some devices and it worked, but now it's stuck. I've lost my computer box when I moved and don't have any recovery disks. Can you please offer any help where I don't have to spend money?

Why did you do a reinstall?

I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

I restored it manually in Control Pannel and the updates wouldn't install, so I tried to restore it. I have absoluteley no idea what OEM manufacturers Recovery Disk is. I know like, nothing about computers.
