Email security alert

For some reason I have started getting security alerts on emails from sources that are familiar to me, sources that I've been getting emails from for a long time. The security alert box pops up and asks if I want to proceed, if I want to view the security, etc., but you never can get rid it, no matter which option you choose. And it doesn't matter which email client I use, even if it's the new Outlook Express Classic.

This whole thing only started about 2 months ago. I'm using windows 7 Pro, 8Gs RAM, 1TB hard drive.

email security alert

That's the thing. It never showed a result. I could go through the process but it would show any result. And I could never close the box. No matter what I did, I could not close the box. I always ended up having to use the Task manager and close the whole email to get away from the Security Alert.

I don't seem to be having that problem at all. I tried one again this morning and it was just another go around over and over and over and over. It was an email from Cloud Eight Info Ave. I've been getting emails from these folks for YEARS. Then all of a sudden I started getting these Security Alerts with the emails and there wasn't any process, not ANY, that I could do to get rid of the alert. Now I'm left with no way to read their emails unless I go online to read them!

I have something else going on that has never been going on that I wonder if is part of it. I'll try to post a pic of it when I can so you can see what you think of that.
Thanks, folks.
