Enable modem icon

Hi
I have an Ethernet connection, when I have install W7 I m in automatic connect. The problem is that now I haven't the icon of the modem on the clock bar. I want have it and the possibility to enable or disable the connection from it, is possible?

If can help someone I have find a little portable app that add the mode icon on the clock tray. The prog is freeware and is named network-activity-indicator System utilities, password recovery and network tools, miscellaneous software with source code.
It's not perfect becouse we can't enable or disable the connection but better that notthing

Don't bother to answer I found it has an auto start with windows built in to it
