Enable System Protection on Local Disk (C:) with CMD

Hello.
I Have a Netbook Windosw Home Premium 64bit (no CD Drive). After an Windows Update I can't boot anymore. By searching google I found a lot of posts with the same problem, with or without solutions that worked for these people. Unfortunately non worked for me.

Can you please show me how to enable System Protection vy using CMD for C:\ so i can do a System Restore?

What happens if you boot normally? I think you see bios screen. What happens exactly? Error message please

There is very very breef blue screen
after that you can elect to restart the computer and the same thing happens again
or to use Staring Help (its in german i dont know what its called exactly in english).
When I elect the second option Startup Repair opens
-> Startuo Repair cannot repair this computer automattically

What happens exactly when you perform "system restore"? Does it list the restore points? What error message if you select the most recent one?

After running startup repair (which can't fix the problem) you can click on "view diagnostics details". click on it. It shows what it did check and the status. Status 0x0 means success...I'm not interested in that. Which checks have another status? So what's the root cause

But
I have to first enable System Protection for C:\
if i can get that done i should be fine

as far as the statuses:
There is an 0x0 every time. In the end it says: Root cause found: Startup repair hay tried several times but still cannot deremine the cuase of the problem.

If you see the restore points "system protection" is enabled! If it was disabled... all restore points were deleted and not listed. Your problem is not unique. Maybe restore points are corrupt(?)

startup repair checked everything but didn't find root cause. All checks return 0x0 so that check didn't find errors.

From recovery options

Select "command prompt"
Dtermin what is your windows disk so do

dir  c:
dir  d:
dir e:

What's the drive letter in recovery environment? I assume C in this example

chkdsk/f  c:

Errors found? Repaired? If repaired... run same command again to be sure all is still fine.

I did that (finally a code that worked! xD )

Do you see the animated winflag for about 10 seconds? After that you see logon screen? Did you see logon screen before (so it was shown normally)? I simply want to know if it crashes before or after logon

/SCANFILE Scasn integrity of the referenced file, repairs file if problems are identified. Specify full path <file>
/VERIFILE Verifies the integrity of the file with full path <file>. No repair operation is performed.
/OFFBOOTDIR For offline repair specify the locaion of the offline boot directory,
/OFFWINDIR For offline repair specify the location of the offline windows directory

I see the windowsflag
after that comes the bluee screen

You want to see the BSOD? You can enable it once (so for next boot) by selecting Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure

Or in win7 system advanced settings. How To Disable the Automatic Restart on System Failure in Windows 7
That makes the setting permanent
