Endnote X3 installation Error 1935

Hi - I'm trying to install Endnote X3 on my HP elitebook 8530w with a clean install of Win 7 Ultimate N, but keep getting the following error.

Error 1935. An error occurred during installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC90.CRT, Type=win32, processorArchitecture=x86, publictokenkey="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", version="9.0.30729.1". Please refer to help and support for more information

Win 7 Tip: Fix That MSI Installer Bug And Get Apps Running Again

Common issue for all MSI installs in Windows 7. Very easy fix at the link above. Make sure to run the CMD program as administrator. (Start--> Type in "Search Programs and Files" CMD --> right click, "run as administrator")
