I have got a Windows7 & Windows Vista machine seeing each other to a point, when I try to access a folder that I have the permissions setup correctly for on a Windows Vista computer, the Vista computer asks me for the Network Password when I enter in the Name and Password which is on Admin it won't connect any ideas ?

BTW here is a excellent link for those trying to link Win7<--->Vista<--->XP :D

Are you entering the correct username and password for an account that exists on the vista machine?

Also ASRock ION 330 as HTPC (on XP).
Acer Aspire as GP netbook (on XP).
I changed the setting in Vista to disable asking for a UserName & Password, that work :) Although I don't think this problem is solved just yet, I will have to play around with security and Vista for the folder, unless someone has a solution to this problem that I could tackle and solve quicker ?

This worked for me after some very frustrating evenings.
Check your Network Protection in Norton, Network Security Map and make sure Computer discovery is "ON" for both machines.
