Epson Perfection 1200S - SCSI Interface

Hi - first post on the forum and I've learned a lot so far. Just upgraded from WindowsXP to Windows 7 Professional - 64 bit installation. (Still have WinXP in dual boot mode - just in case.)

Looking for a compatible driver for my Epson 1200S flatbed scanner. I understand that Epson does not have one, but have seen other references that some have gotten this scanner working on Windows 7 (maybe with a Vista driver or driver for some other Epson unit).

Help very much appreciated - after being on WinXP, Win7 sure is different.

This isn't a free solution, but your scanner is supported by VueScan:

I think I had read somewhere that there was a driver for a newer Epson (maybe 2400) that worked under Win7 for the 1200S.....can't find that reference but I also think it was for a 64 bit driver, too.
