Error 0x80070035 appears with no reason

Recently when I'm trying to connect to other PC on the same network, it gives me this ERROR 0x80070035. Previously I was able to connect to that computer, but sometimes I have had this error for a few days. After a while, without any changes been done, it disappeared and I was able to connect to it again. It happens quite frequently, but I need to do some work.... please if anyone can help me and suggest anything?!
there are 4 PC connected to the same network and other PC's doesn't have that problem. What can I do about it?

See this Thread for possible resolution, quite a long Thread but it might worth your time following all the recommendations.

I'd disable your AV or Security Program to start off and see if that's the culprit.
