I've been trying to TVersity to access my NAS. I set the service to use the same user as the admin but I try to start the service I keep getting a 1069 error. Am I missing something on setting the service to use a specific account?

Solved error 1069

The problem was with Windows 7 (& Vista). In order to allow any access to a service, there MUST be an administrator account WITH passwords. If you don't have a password on your administrator account, you cannot allow any other program have access to the particular service. To allow for automatic logon, just place the user name and password in the Credentials Vault.
