The User Profile Service failed the logon” error message

Hi, I've read many threads about this and no concrete solutions have been provided. I am currently facing the error with my only administrator account (with no password)

I shall list the methods that I have tried already.
1. I am unable to use the method provided by Microsoft in You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon? error message as I am unable to log in into the administrator account, since a password is required, yet I do not have any password.
2. I am unable to boot into safe mode using F8 for some unknown reason. Not to mention, I lost the Windows 7 disc that I have.
3. Tried to enable to built-in administrator mode following the method stated here Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable
Since I am using Windows 7 Home Premium, Options 1 and 3 are out for me. Option 4 is out for me too since I do not have the Windows 7 disc to open command prompt at boot. For option 2, upon typing "net user administrator /active:yes ", an error popped up, saying "System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied"

Currently, I am out of methods. Please help me to solve this issue as my administrator account has a lot of important documents. Thanks.

If you like, you could use the method in the tutorial below to create a Windows 7 installation DVD/USB with. The note box at the top can help show you where to get an official ISO file to use to create it with.
