This error seems to be mostly caused by bad partitioning.
Are you dual-booting with anything?
How many partitions on the drive?

Assuming you have all data backed up to external media, try deleting all partitions then recreating them before trying again.

You should be using bootable installation media for any install as provided in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 using the tool also provided to burn to DVD or flash stick. This gives you rescue ability.

You have EFI System partitions on both hard drives, so unless you have Win7 on the second drive it should not have the EFI System partition. The EFI System partition is how Win7 is booted on a UEFI BIOS to GPT formatted disk. UEFI BIOS vs. Legacy BIOS - YouTube

The second partition on the second hard drive also shows RAW or ruined. It's possible this is misreported if it is the Ubuntu partition since DIsk Mgmt rarely displays Linux partitions correctly. A good way to cross-check is with Partition Wizard boot disk which is always correct.

It's possible the EFI SYstem partition on the second hard drive is for Linux or it may even be the second EFI partition which is issued sometimes on Windows installs but should be on the same disk and is normally hidden.

I notice your last stated intention was to run a Repair Install. If you'd like to repair what you have then I would unplug the second drive as should always be done during installs or repairs to Win7. Then check over the boot files by running a couple of Startup Repairs. Once Win7 starts you can try your Repair Install again.

If you'd like to do the Clean Reinstall Windows 7 then with the second drive unplugged delete all partitions to create new as you wish, format and select the first large partition for install. Note that you must boot the installation media as a EFI Device if you intend to continue with a UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums . To install to Legacy, in BIOS setup enable CSM, Legacy BIOS and disable all UEFI.
