Error 8024200D on installing updates KB4534310 and KB4539601

Hi, I installed Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and I get the error 8024200D on installing updates KB4534310 and KB4539601.

I had to install the newer version of Windows Update Client (KB3138612) to make Windows Update work, and it worked fine, but I keep getting that error on installing those updates.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
