Your CheckSUR scan shows the following problems:
Code:
Summary:
Seconds executed: 604
 Found 2 errors
CBS MUM Corrupt Total count: 1
CBS Catalog Corrupt Total count: 1
Unavailable repair files:
 servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2977629~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~9.4.1.0.mum
 servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2977629~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~9.4.1.0.mum
 servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2977629~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~9.4.1.0.cat
 servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2977629~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~9.4.1.0.cat

These files are from IE9, and will prevent the proper installation of IE11.

I'll post a fix a little later.

I've uploaded a file - innaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder innaain the same place.
Open this folder- there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to thefolder

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Great! - tip for the future...
If you extract the cat and mum files from an update, you'll always find one pair named 'update.'cat/mum - these are simply renamed to the 'Package_for_' files you need.
